Eating cereals can be upsetting if you are a diabetic. Increased blood sugar levels quite often follow a breakfast of your favorite oats.
Here is a tip I have used. I add some liquid Gymnema Sylvestre that I squeeze into the bowl of oatmeal. It helps me curtail the high increase in blood sugar.

I am happy to report that my blood sugar level dropped to 91 yesterday. This is the lowest it has been in 2 years. Hooray for me. Look for a future aritcle on how I did this.
